NordVita Shipping Policy
At NordVita we offer free delivery on all orders across the United Kingdom. All products are dispatched directly from our UK based suppliers, ensuring fast and reliable delivery without customs delays or import charges.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard delivery: 3-7 working days
- Large items such as infrared saunas: 5-10 working days
- You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched
Delivery Areas
- We currently deliver to all mainland UK addresses
- Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and island locations may require additional delivery time — please contact us before ordering
Delivery Process
- All large items are delivered by specialist two man delivery teams
- You will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery date
- Please ensure adequate access is available for large sauna cabins
Damaged Deliveries
- Please inspect all items upon delivery
- Any damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt
