What areas do you deliver to?
We offer free delivery to all mainland UK addresses. Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and island locations may require additional delivery time. Please contact us before ordering if you're in one of these areas.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Infrared saunas typically arrive within 5-10 working days via specialist two man delivery teams who will contact you to arrange a suitable date.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes — all products carry a minimum 3 year manufacturer warranty. Selected premium models include a 5 year warranty. Full details are listed on each product page.
Are your saunas CE certified?
Absolutely. Every product we stock is fully CE certified meeting all UK electrical safety standards.
Do I need an electrician to install a sauna?
Most of our infrared saunas simply plug into a standard UK wall socket — no specialist installation required. Assembly typically takes under 30 minutes with two people.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30 day no quibble returns policy on all orders. Please contact hello@nordvita.co.uk within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return.
